How do I return?
Please note: The Return online system will not work if you do not have an email listed on our order.
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- A return label is not provided
- You may ship return back with the carrier and service of your choice. You may ship items back via United States Postal Service(USPS). You are responsible for any packing and shipping costs when shipping item back to us.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- All original tags must be attached.
Sale items, free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
- You are only responsible for the charges of the return shipping to us for a refund or an exchange
- There are no charges for an exchange (shipping it back to you)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days after we receive your returned item.
